This is the second run of this popular paint scheme for our ART steel reefers.  The classic reefer yellow sides with boxcar red roof and ends and black underframe was a standard ART paint scheme for may years.  From around 1950 to 1960 the paint scheme included ART, MP and Wabash heralds in full color.  Many consider this to be the classic ART paint scheme, and many model reefers have had this paint scheme applied to them over the years.  Because of the strong interest in kits for this paint scheme, we've brought in an additional 300 kits to cover the demand.  If you want an authentic ART model of the steel reefers with the distinctive lap side seam, this is the one for you!
