The Third Annual Planes, Trains and Automobiles open house was a success.  It rained on and off, but a lot of people had a good time visiting the museum.  I think all our hard-working members felt a bit like member Bryce Hills pup Fred (pictured above).  Tired but happy.  Thanks to all that attended, and thanks to our members who made the event a success. The layout "gremlins" took a holiday, and trains ran all day long.

Katie Paul from Pantex was present to give out information and talk about the White Train.  Many thanks Katie!

The Air and Space Museum didn't bring their DC3, but member Viper set up a display table and engaged a lot of people with great conversation.

The Potter County fire department's big fire truck was a thrill for both young and old.  Thanks to Craig Jusiak for making this happen again this year.

Although the weather wasn't good for our G-scale "Phillip Pratt Memorial" garden railroad, Milt Engelke volunteered many hours getting the railroad up and running.

If you attended and have comments or questions, drop us an email.  We'd love to hear from you.  Suggestions of how we can make this a even more interesting and enjoyable time are welcome!  We can't change the weather, but we'd sure like to read about you experience.
