Locomotive Quarterly was a wonderful steam-oriented publication that ceased publication many years ago.  This issue contains photo articles as follows: CB&Q Railroad Power Part 1, L&N Modern 2-8-4's, Harmon, New York on the New York Central, and a photo pictorial by George Votava primariy of Eastern Railroads. Issue is in great shape with perhaps a scuff here and there.  Binding is tight and sound.
