Virgil and Paula Young joined the organization in its early days. They were true "movers and shakers," working tirelessly to make the ARM a success and great examples of folks who freely give of their Time, Talent and Treasure. Virgil was an avid model railroader working in HO-scale and Sn3. He was a master structure builder, and a large number of the Santa Fe depots, section houses, telephone shacks and other structures on the railroad were build by him. He was a naturally cheerful and generous man, and a friend to many members. We miss his enjoyable personality and talents.

The Friona depot scratchbuilt by Virgil. Can't wait to get some scenery added in which to settle the building!
